Today we had an issue with parking. When you come to the rink, please make sure you are not creating a second row of parking and blocking other cars in. I watched cars try to get out by driving through the cones WHERE CHILDREN WALK. Please use the attached photo as a guide before parking. If you are parked in an area not designated by the white lines on the photo, you will be asked to move immediately. For reference, it's a single row along the fence of the rink only until the gate. A single row under the trees and a single row along the grass edge of the school building. Double row of parking just to the right of the gate on the spectator side. Do not block the large garage and always leave room in case an ambulance needs to access the rink. Any questions, please find a board member. Thank you.

Website Account Management
by posted 09/25/2015

The new website is our new central hub for all communications from Green Brook Hockey Club.  We would ask that everyone takes a few minutes to log into their account (see this article for information on logging in the first time,) and make sure all the information is correct and up to date.  You can use the following guide to update your account and add an additional parent to your family account.

Once you login into your account you will need to click on the Edit My Account button to update your account information or add a second parent account to your family.

This will take you to the Family Membership page

This page lets you add a new adult to your Family account, edit information on your or your child(s) account, and get to your Family Schedule.

First, editing your account.  Click on your name under the Member list and you will come to your information page.

Here you can edit all your contact information, change your password, and even setup your cell phone provider so you can receive text messages from the system.  You can also set your account to get reminders for you child's games and/or practices.

After submitting your changes you will be returned to the Family Members page.  Now you can add a second adult to your Family account if you don't already have one.

Start by clicking on the Add Adult button.  This time you will be taken to a partially filled in Edit screen and you can fill in the contact information for the second adult.

The last thing you can do from the Family Member page is to get to the Family Schedule.  This will show the games and practices for all children in the Family on one calendar.

From the schedule page you can click on the Options drop-down list on the right side.  From this menu you can get links to the Calendar Feed (to be subscribed to in your mail or calendaring programs for your computer or phone,) get a direct link to the schedule page, get a downloaded CSV file to be imported into other programs like Outlook, or print it out.

If you click on the Calendar Feed you will have several options

Once subscribed through your own calendar you will receive updates automatically if there are rescheduled games.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the new website or send feedback through the feedback link on the side menu.

See you at the rink!
