The Green Brook Hockey Club is a recreational roller hockey league that was established in 1999.   Our membership has grown to over 200 players from towns all over New Jersey.  We offer an instructional, fun, and exciting league suitable for all skill levels, and especially for beginners

Required Equipment

  • Inline skates (hockey style recommended)
  • HECC approved hockey helmet
  • Hockey shin guards
  • Hockey elbow pads
  • Protective cup/pelvis protector
  •  Hockey gloves

GBHC Practice / Game Information:

LTP Schedule: Saturday mornings @ 10:30am

Team practices: Mon—Fri evenings 5:30—8:30 pm

(1 hour practice time, 1 night per week)

Divisions 3 & 4 Game days: Saturdays

Divisions 1 & 2 Game days: Sundays

Please note that in an event of a rain out or rescheduled game, your child’s game may be played on either a Saturday or Sunday.


Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. We reserve the right to close registration before the deadline for any division, if that division reaches its capacity.

We reserve the right to deny registration to any individual our Board of Directors determines has been in violation of our Code of Conduct.

Eligibility of a player that plays a conflicting sport may be reviewed by the league at any time before or during the season.  The league reserves the right to deny such a player’s registration or replace such a player if necessary.

Please note the registration fee is non refundable under any circumstance.

Work Bond Program

Green Brook Hockey Club requires that all families participates in our work bond program.  Our work bond is $50 per family and is part of the registration fee.  We require 2 hours of volunteer time at the rink to fulfill your work bond.  If you fulfill your work bond obligation we will refund the work bond fee.  Understand, it is your responsibility to coordinate your time with league officials, and that the schedule of volunteer tasks, such as concession stand work, will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
